Costantinos "Costas" Hrousis is a founder of Veraxia Commercial Real Estate Solutions and serves as a Principal and Broker of Record, specializing in the sale and leasing of retail, land and office properties in the Lehigh Valley region of Pennsylvania.
Hrousis’ total career volume has exceeded $250 million, and over 60 real estate transactions. His career highlights include the sale of 500 acres to St. Luke's University Health Network for its St. Luke's Anderson Campus, and the redevelopment of the former Durkee spice plant in Bethlehem, PA, which is now home to a Lowe's Home Improvement Center, a Price Rite grocery store and the Woodmont Mews residential community.
Prior to founding Veraxia Commercial Real Estate Solutions, Hrousis served as a Senior Advisor for Sperry Van Ness, a national commercial real estate brokerage firm. During his tenure with Sperry Van Ness, he ranked 15th out of more than 900 advisors nationally and was awarded the prestigious Partner's Circle award in 2007, the Achiever's Award in 2008 and was ranked 83rd nationally in 2009. Hrousis also served on the company's original Board of Advisors, a selection that was based on his achievements, creativity and innovation in growing his business.
Before joining Sperry Van Ness, Hrousis served as the Director of Real Estate for Perkins Restaurant & Bakeries, where he supervised the development of new stores for corporate locations and franchisees. Hrousis began his real estate career with a diversified Lehigh Valley-based commercial real estate firm, where he managed over 300,000 square feet of office space and assisted in several notable retail development projects.

Hrousis earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Moravian College in Bethlehem, PA.
Shawn Donahue is a founder of Veraxia Commercial Real Estate Solutions and serves as a Principal, specializing in the sale and leasing of commercial and industrial real estate in the Lehigh Valley region of Pennsylvania.
Prior to founding Veraxia Commercial Real Estate Solutions, Donahue served as an Advisor for Sperry Van Ness, a national commercial real estate brokerage firm. Donahue joined Sperry Van Ness in 2006, bringing with him more than 14 years of diverse business and commercial banking experience.
During his tenure with Sperry Van Ness, he was the East Region's nominee for Rookie of the Year in 2006, was awarded Rookie of the Pack for the region in mid-2007, and ranked 84th out of 900 advisors in 2009. Over the course of seven years, his career transaction volume exceeds $50 million in closed transactions.
Before joining Sperry Van Ness, Donahue served as vice president of commercial loans for Commerce Bank’s Lehigh Valley region. Previously, Donahue served as director of finance for Andretti International, Inc. where he played a key role in many facets of the company, including all aspects of acquiring and disposing of real estate and business interests.
He also served as Vice President of Lafayette Ambassador Bank and as Assistant Vice President of Summit Bank (now Bank of America), providing him with broad experience in structuring debt financing for commercial real estate transactions.
Donahue is best known for his attention to detail and placing his clients' interests first. Client testimonials commend him for his knowledge, professionalism and for moving transactions to closing.
